Great time for freedom, for a change. Part of the Partiot Act was declared unconstitutional, namelyl the part where the Feds can come to an ISP and get info without a court order, and the ISP cannot talk about it in any way, even to a lawyer. And, the INDUCE act has been delayed in committee. Orin Hatch swears it’ll go through, but it looks like the content providers have pissed off the technology companies too much this time. Go Microsoft!
