So, I went to Iowa over the weekend, for that thing that we will not speak of. Anyway, the trip wasn’t too bad. I had fun for the most part, and it was cool to see the Iowa stadium and stuff. (The stadium was pretty boring, though.) It is definitely true that there’s nothing in Iowa but corn. The entire way along the highway was basically nothing but corn fields. At the welcome center rest stop there was this weird corn sculpture. It wasn’t entirely corn. There’s like a pig head and other stuff like that in it. But it’s very strange at any rate.
There was this really cool fountain in downtown Iowa City. The water shot out in these arches, and you could walk through it without getting wet.
